Our factory have four manufacturing department,

1.The Injection molding workshop, we have twenty horizontal injection molding machines.The machines had mainly procuremented from Japan and Taiwan.Most of the machines are small tonnage,50T to 130T, those are suitable for the production of precision connectors. We have divided it into two parts,one produces  halogen products and those accord with the environmentally protection, and another produces halogen free products.

And we have more than 150 moulds for plastic products,The monthly production capacity reaches more than 30,000Kpcs.  

2.The metal stamping workshop,we have 10 high-speed precision punching machines and more than 80 metal moulds for hardware products.we can produce 80,000 KPCS terminals or PINs of SMT wafer.

3.The automated assembly workshop,we design and manufacture Automaticed Assembly for producing the wafer connectors,we can produce more than 20 kinds of wafer that  different pitch and type.

4.The Mold processing workshop, in order to better satisfy customer demand, we opened the mold department, We design and manufacture mould based on customer's requirement.
